Garlic and chimmichurri Sauce

This is my daughter’s recipe .She makes these sauces every time we grill. We simply love this.
This garlic sauce is typically a Middle Eastern sauce goes well with all grills. It’s a simple sauce and takes only a few minutes to make. This sauce enhances your main course and soon you will not be able to go without this sauce along with your grills.
 



The garlic sauce:

• Garlic : 1-2 cloves
• Yoghurt: 1 tbsp. Heaped
• Mayonnaise: 1tbsp. Heaped
• Lemon Juice: 1.5 Tbsp.
• Potato: 1 medium sized potato.
• Salt to taste.
Instruction:

• Boil the Potato until well cooked and mash-able.
• Grind the potato into a paste, add the garlic and lemon juice along with it for the zest.
• Add the mayonnaise, salt and the yoghurt along with the mixture and grind all of it until even.

 The chimmichurri Sauce:

This is a Latin American sauce and goes well with grilled meat we have added our own Indian twist to this sauce.

Parsley leaves: Two handfuls
• Garlic: 1 clove
• Green Chili: 1
• Vinegar: 1.5 tbsp.
• Olive oil: 1.5 tbsp.
• Black Pepper: 1 tsp.
• Yoghurt: 1 tbsp.
• Salt to taste.
• Cumin: 1tsp.

Instruction:
• Grind the parsley finely along with the yoghurt and add the rest of the ingredients until u get a fine paste.
