Grilled Calamari

 

Ingredients:
  • Grated Lemon peel: 1 tbsp.
  • Dried Tarragon: 1 pinch
  • Oregano: 1 pinch
  • Grated Garlic: 1 pod
  • Tandoori powder: 1 tbsp.
  • Calamari cut into pieces: 500gm
  • Olive oil:1/4 cup
  •  Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp.
  • Pepper: 1-2 tsp.
  • Parsley chopped: a handful
  • Dried chili flakes: 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste
Method

  • Mix all the above in a zip lock bag .
  •  Leave it for 2 hours and grill the squid each side for 1-2 min .
Note: cooking it for longer will make it rubbery and over cooked.
