Grilled
Calamari
Ingredients:
- Grated Lemon peel: 1 tbsp.
- Dried Tarragon: 1 pinch
- Oregano: 1 pinch
- Grated Garlic: 1 pod
- Tandoori powder: 1 tbsp.
- Calamari cut into pieces: 500gm
- Olive oil:1/4 cup
- Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper: 1-2 tsp.
- Parsley chopped: a handful
- Dried chili flakes: 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the above in a zip lock bag .
- Leave it for 2 hours and grill the squid each side for 1-2 min .
Note: cooking it for longer will make it rubbery and over cooked.
