This is a salad that I make very often. There are many variations of this salad by adding or reducing the ingredients according to what you have at home. This versatile salad can be customized according to your taste.

Raita (yoghurt vegetable salad):

Ingredients

• Cucumber: 1 cup (cubed)
• Onion: 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
• Pomegranate: 1/4-1/2cup
• Tomato: 1/2cup (finely chopped)
• Carrot: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
• Cilantro for garnishing(finely Chopped)
• Chat masala: 1/4tsp.
• Yoghurt: 11/2cup
• Salt to taste
• Sugar:1/4tsp.

Method:
• Whisk the yoghurt with salt and sugar and add the chat masala along with all the other ingredients and mix well.
• Garnish with cilantro
• Serve cold.
