Bistro special chicken:



Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thighs: 5 pieces
  • Cardamom: 1 inch
  • Bay leaves: 2-3 pieces
  • Cloves: 5 pieces
  • Dried chilly: 2 pieces
  • Paprika: 2 tsp
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Garam Maasala: 1 tsp
  • Corriader: 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 1/2 cup
  • Onion: 1 medium size
  • Ginger Garlic paste: 4 tbsp.
  • Kasuri methi: a pinch
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Salt & Pepper: to taste


Method:

  • Marinate the chicken in 2tbsp of ginger garlic paste and required salt and pepper
  • Roast ingredients from cardamom to fennel seeds in oil and then add the onion along with the rest of the ginger garlic paste.
  • To the roasted spices add tomato puree and water and mix well and put it to simmer till it starts to boil at which point you add the kasuri mehti.
  • Bring together the tomato mixture and chicken into the slow cooker and cook it on high for 4 hours.



Note: you could add 2 tbsp. of butter to add flavor.
