Bistro special chicken:
Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs: 5 pieces
 - Cardamom: 1 inch
 - Bay leaves: 2-3 pieces
 - Cloves: 5 pieces
 - Dried chilly: 2 pieces
 - Paprika: 2 tsp
 - Turmeric: 1 tsp
 - Garam Maasala: 1 tsp
 - Corriader: 1 tsp
 - Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
 - Tomato puree: 1/2 cup
 - Water: 1/2 cup
 - Onion: 1 medium size
 - Ginger Garlic paste: 4 tbsp.
 - Kasuri methi: a pinch
 - Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
 - Salt & Pepper: to taste
 
Method: 
- Marinate the chicken in 2tbsp of ginger garlic paste and required salt and pepper
 - Roast ingredients from cardamom to fennel seeds in oil and then add the onion along with the rest of the ginger garlic paste.
 - To the roasted spices add tomato puree and water and mix well and put it to simmer till it starts to boil at which point you add the kasuri mehti.
 - Bring together the tomato mixture and chicken into the slow cooker and cook it on high for 4 hours.
 
Note: you could add 2 tbsp. of butter to add flavor.
