Banana Bread
If you have no idea to make use of the over ripe bananas, making banana bread is a perfect way to utilize it.

Ingredients
  • Whole wheat flour-2 cups
  • Granulated sugar-1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar-1/2 cup
  • Mashed bananas (medium size)-5
  • Egg-2
  • Baking soda-1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder-1 ½ tsp
  • Walnut (chopped)-1/4 cup
  • Canola -1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp.
  • Nutmeg powder-1/8 tsp.
  • Salt -1/4 tsp.

Method
  • In a large bowl mix together flour, both the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt using a spatula.
  • In a separate mug mix all the wet ingredients, i.e. mashed bananas, oil and eggs well.
  • Make a well in the flour mixture and pour the wet ingredients to it and mix well.
  • Transfer it in a well-greased bread tin (9”X5”X3”) and bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
