Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour-2 cups
- Granulated sugar-1/4 cup
- Brown sugar-1/2 cup
- Mashed bananas (medium size)-5
- Egg-2
- Baking soda-1/2 tsp
- Baking powder-1 ½ tsp
- Walnut (chopped)-1/4 cup
- Canola -1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp.
- Nutmeg powder-1/8 tsp.
- Salt -1/4 tsp.
Method
- In a large bowl mix together flour, both the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt using a spatula.
- In a separate mug mix all the wet ingredients, i.e. mashed bananas, oil and eggs well.
- Make a well in the flour mixture and pour the wet ingredients to it and mix well.
- Transfer it in a well-greased bread tin (9”X5”X3”) and bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
