Grilled salmon with Corn salad and Dill sauce

Salmon is packed with essential nutrients and is low in calories. It also contain omega 3 fatty acids so grilling salmon is a heart healthy way to consume it. So check out this recipe if you feel like having something healthy.
Grilled salmon
Ingredients
Salmon fillets-1/2 kg (cut into 6 pieces)
Light soya sauce-1tbsp.
Oyster sauce-1tbsp
Brown sugar-2 tbsp.
Extra virgin olive oil-1tbsp.
Pepper powder-1tsp.
Lemon juice -1 tbsp.
Lemon rinds- ½ tsp.
Dill-a pinch for each side
salt to taste
Method
Marinate salmon fillets for at least 3 to 4 hours and grill it for 6 to 8 minutes per side or the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Before taking it out add a pinch of dill and grill it for 30 seconds.
Dill sauce
ingredients
Skimmed yogurt- 1 cup
Dill chopped -2tbsp.
Lemon rind a pinch
Salt to taste
Method
Whisk the yogurt and combine all the other ingredients.
Corn salad
ingredients
Sweet corn-1cup
Pomegranate- ½ cup
Capsicum any color of your choice or all-1/2 cup
Onion chopped -1/4 cup
Tomatoes deseeded and chopped-1/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped-1tsp.
Salt and lemon juice to taste
Method
Boil quarter cup of water with a pinch of salt add the corn, cook it and keep it aside for cooling.
Add a pinch of salt in a cup of water taken in a bowl and add onion and after 15 minutes drain the water so that  the pungent smell of onion  is gone.
Combine all the other ingredients and serve it with the grilled salmon.
