Banana Pancakes


Ingredients:

• Banana-1
• Whole wheat flour-1 ½ cups
• Oats(coarsely powdered)-1/2 cup
• Milk -2 cups
• Baking powder-1 ½ tsp.
• Sugar-1tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp.
Method:

• In a food processor or blender mash the banana.
• Add all the other ingredients and blend it to a thick but pouring consistency
• Heat a flat nonstick pan and pour a ladle (¼ cup) of batter.
• When bubbles start to appear, flip it over. Wait for 45 seconds or so and take it out in a plate
• Serve with honey or maple syrup
