These pan cakes are a perfect way to start off your day.
Oats has a special fiber called beta glucan, which helps to lower your cholesterol
level. It also has antioxidants which help to reduce the risk of cardiovascular
diseases and contains micro nutrients. In these pancakes I have used wholegrain
oats, which has all the above qualities.
Ingredients

Oats (whole grain)-1cup
·
Curd -1/4 cup
·
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
·
Olive oil-1tsp
·
Egg white-1
·
Sugar-1tbsp.
·
Salt -1tsp
·
Skimmed milk-1/2 cup
Method
·
Coarsely grind the oats
·
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend
it properly.
·
Heat a nonstick pan to a medium heat and pour a ladle
(almost 3tbsps) of the mixture.
·
When bubbles start to appear flip it over and wait
FOR 40 seconds to a minute till it’s cooked.
·
Serve with maple syrup or honey.
