Oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients
- Whole grain oats-3cups
- Maida/all-purpose flour-1 ½ cups
- Butter -3/4 cup
- Brown sugar lightly packed -3/4 cup
- Granulated sugar-1/2 cup
- Egg -2
- Vanilla essence-1tsp
- Soda bicarbonate-1tsp
- Cinnamon powder-1tsp
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Raisins-1cup
Method
- Cream together butter and both the sugars together.
- Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat in a medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Sieve together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in oats and raisins.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter sugar egg mixture and combine well.
- Take a tablespoon of the dough, make it into a ball shape and keep it on a well-greased baking tray and press gently on the top. Make sure each cookies are at least 2 inch apart.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes.
